Sheena brings over seven years of institutional venture capital experience from Bessemer Venture Partners and Comcast Ventures, where she became the youngest-ever partner, achieved the fastest promotion track in firm history, and delivered the highest MOIC at 4.1x. She has served on the boards of OfferUp, Curbio, SevenRooms, Amplemarket, Avibra, Juno, Illumix, Smarty, and Parity, consistently championing deeply technical teams building enduring businesses.

She holds a B.S. from MIT (graduated early with highest honors) and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Stephanie Beyda

Stephanie has spent her career working alongside founders, investors, and operators - bringing structure, speed, and precision to high-growth environments. At Sugar Free Capital, she leads operations, communications, and execution to ensure the firm runs with focus and discipline.

Prior to joining Sugar Free, Stephanie supported a Comcast Ventures portfolio company and collaborated with early-stage founders, investors, and executives across media, sports, entertainment, and tech. She and Sheena have known each other for four years, introduced by one of Sheena’s GP mentors.
